02 — How we work

Three standards.
Non-negotiable.

Every dig, every splice, every callback gets measured against the same three principles. They were here when Alpha was founded in 2007 and they're still the way we win — and keep — long-term clients.

01 / Quality

Quality on time, every time.

Providing a quality, cost-effective work product or service on time is only part of our job. Since our work is routinely done on private property, we know the importance of responding quickly to our customers' immediate concerns.

02 / Safety

Safety baked into the routine.

A great deal of time and energy is devoted to maintaining safety practices through weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings, presentations and instruction. The safety procedures of our clients are integrated with our practices.

03 / Integrity

Our word is our bond.

We emphasize respect for the environment and use only the most advanced and reliable equipment. When we say we deliver a quality product or service on time, we mean it. At Alpha, our word is our bond.

04 — How a job runs

Five steps from RFP to restoration sign-off.

01

Scope & site survey

You send the scope, drawings, or RFP. We come back with a walk-through, locate sweep, and a permit / easement readout — usually inside the week.

02

Plan & price

Crew sizing, equipment plan, materials list, schedule, and a fixed-price (or T&M) bid. We don't hide change-order risk; we surface it.

03

Mobilize

Foreman dispatched, gear staged, MOT in place. Daily clock-in / clock-out, GPS-stamped photos, and a foreman update at end-of-day.

04

Build

Bore, plow, splice, terminate, test. Quality on every joint, safety on every cone. We keep a 6-day work week so your timeline keeps moving.

05

Test, document, hand-off

OTDR traces, as-builts, GIS data, restoration sign-off. You get a closeout package — not a stack of paper to chase down later.

05 — Partners since '99

Partners who hold us to the same bar.

We work side-by-side with leading firms across the South to bring clients the highest-quality build, on schedule. Some of these relationships go back further than Alpha itself.
